George Huang
A Struggling Sunday School Teacher

George is a volunteer Sunday school teacher with the Christian Zion Church in Los Angeles, an independent Chinese Pentecostal church in Rowland Heights, California, United States of America, Planet Earth, Terran System, Alpha Quadrant, Milky Way Galaxy, First Known Dimension.  Rumor has it that he teaches Sunday school so he can eat lunch before the rest of the congregation.

During the weekdays, George pretends to be an economist at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC).  Besides joking with his colleagues and downloading space pictures with the company's DSL, he sometimes do research on a variety of topics.  His pet project at work: the Economic Data Global Express (e-EDGE)--a weekly news service.

George has his whole wedding nearly completely planned, with the bride being the only element missing (and he says this proves the superior intelligence of the womankind).  He has three goddaughters and one godson: Rebecca, Marian, Joyee, and Levi.  His favorite pastime: spending time with these little angels.  In those few free waking hours he has, he also likes to swim, read stories, listen to music, and write poetry.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Mr. Huang immigrated to the U.S. and has been a resident of Southern California ever since.  He survived four years of Harvard education by occassionally studying.  Not satisfied with graduating magna cum laude in economics in 1995, he went on to get another BA from his church's Bible college in 1999.  He aims to finish his preschool certificate before Christ returns.
